    Fairly clean hotel in a very quiet area. Courteous staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Reasonably spacious and huge room and best bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Really tasty breakfast with a wide array of yummy foods. Nice restaurant and exceptional service...

    It had marvellous and stunning location, so close to a nice restaurant at night that provides a nice romantic setting and the slope overlooking a bay and the airport. It also was close to the patong beach.

    Unboxing my experience

    We were enveloped in luxury. Our villa offered a amazing sea view and a fine private infinity pool. The buffet breakfast was generously diverse, and the staff's service felt genuinely warm. Even with a few minor hiccups in room upkeep, the pristine beach and tranquil surroundings.

    The private beach was perfect, and my son loved the kids club. We also enjoyed the fitness classes while soaking in that amazing view from our villa was nice.

    For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options.

    Beach, and we enjoyed the luxurious private pool. Service at the front desk was lacking, and we were often met with 'we don't have' responses to simple requests. It reminded me of it fell short of expectations.

    Wonderful private pool experience.

    The management was utterly dismissive about significant health concerns. When we discovered raw chicken in our room service, they did nothing to address it. This negligence put my child's health at risk, and there was no follow-up from the staff afterward.

    We stayed in a One Bedroom Pool Villa and it was really something. The private pool was huge, perfect for lounging. The view was fine and super private, which I loved. But, there were some little things like the bathtub looking a bit rough and the shower had drainage issues. The vibe was relaxing but it was like the room could use a little more attention to detail.
